Made our style, delicious chunks of lobster tails are cooked at a low temperature and then mixed with sea bass cubes, shrimps, skinned octopus, squid and scallops, marinated with lemon, fine herbs and a dash of limo pepper. The delicious juice of this preparation is served temperate in a kero to be better tasted. A memorable experience.
