Platter of lemon marinated sole, octopus in a smooth black olive sauce, yellow mashed potato cakes stuffed with fresh crab meat, parmesan cheese grilled scallops, crisp fried quinoa coated shrimp tails with gooseberry (aguaymanto) syrup and 4 small fish brochettes in a smooth yellow chili sauce and glazed sweet potato.
