One of the attractions of our Restaurant is its beautiful WINE CELLAR, a specially designed environment suited to store our wines. It can accommodate up to 1,500 bottles, at an average temperature of 18º C. Designed at the same time as a gourmet dining room, our wine cellar is only used for special reservations with a national-international gourmet menu. This cellar has a monk-type single-block wooden table which can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, who are served with special earthenware, glasses and silverware, to make enjoyable moments unforgettable memories. This room has a gallery of photographs to reminisce many and very pleasant enological and gastronomic gatherings, and Peruvian food presentations made by our Restaurant BRUJAS DE CACHICHE in international food fairs in Paris, Monaco, Varadero, Cuba, Santiago de Chile, and La Serena, Chile; and visits made to the best vineyards in France, Spain, Chile and Argentina. It is here where the monthly gastronomic-enologic gathering named “CONFRATERNITY OF THE WITCHES OF CACHICHE” take place. It is a real laboratory of culinary creation and Epicurean enjoyment.
