During the month of July of every year, the restaurant displays our unique festival called "THE MEALS OF THE LOARD OF SIPAN". The world known discovery of the Royal Tombs of the Lord of Sipan in Northern Peru, which attracts thousands of visitors from around the world, is accompanied by another great discovery: The Gastronomy of the Moche Culture.

This surprising cuisine, the result of investigations by archeologists from the Brunning Museum in Lambayeque and under an agreement with BRUJAS DE CACHICHE, has unveiled the gastronomical art of this culture, which goes back more than 2,000 years, and is comparable only to a few other ancient cuisines, like the Chinese, Persian and Hindu.
